I've used this for about 2 weeks now, and I am amazed at how gentle it is. I am very sensitive to toners, which is why I stopped using them a long time ago. I found this one after someone suggested it. I tried theirs. I ended up buying it! It actually lifts for me, and the moisturizing has actually balanced my skin more than anything else. I could probably get a way with not using a moisturizer at all, even though I have dry skin. My skin isn't dry anymore is basically what I'm saying. Love it so far. I wish the price was lower, but it is completely worth it. I rarely go back to products, but I will buy this one again. Good luck.
